The tequila tastes sweet without presenting an obvious added-sugar or dessert-like quality. That sweetness appears to come from the rich cooked-agave character itself. The result is smooth, flavorful, and exceptionally agave-forward. Of everything reviewed so far, this delivers the strongest and most enjoyable taste.

The agave becomes much milder during the finish, dropping to around a 1, while pepper rises to a moderate 2. That creates a noticeable transition from the sweet, agave-dominant sip into a slightly peppery finish. The pepper lingers without becoming harsh, giving the tequila enough bite to balance its smoother opening.
